Yolanda put so much work in helping us buy a apartment in alcossebre.I m not sure how i would have coped applying and getting my
n.i.e number without yolanda help and then finally helping us at the notary ! .we feel we have gained new friends in yolanda and axel many thanks to you both alan and patircia

Three years ago Axel and Yolanda sold my house in Alcossebre very quickly at a time when the property market was slow. I am sure the attractive photos that were taken together with a realistic valuation helped us achieve this. Earlier this year I had another property to sell and had no hesitation in using them again. Yolanda suggested a reasonable price and using her local knowledge was able to secure a buyer in less than six months! Many thanks to both of you.

Hello everyone,

It was a great pleasure to work together with Axel and Yolanda. The support was amazing. They organized everything and helped for every step with their great knowlegde. They came with to the office of the notary, to the water and electricity company and also gave support to open a bankaccount in Spain for the house tax, realy everything! And at this moment they also support me to get a good inssurance for my house, who I bought.

Cuando buscas comprar necesitas varias cosas:
1 que el vendedor entienda lo que quieres
2 que no te haga perder el tiempo enseñándote lo que tiene en cartera a pesar de que no es lo que buscas
3 que sea serio
4 que sea buen negociador con el propietario
5 que sea amable
Todo esto y más lo saben hacer Yolanda y Axel. Y además, después de comprar, puedes contar con ellos para ayudarte en los trámites. Y todo con la mejor de las sonrisas.
En mi caso incluso consiguieron que un notario accediera a firmar en un día festivo ¡y ellos también dedicaron la mañana a la notaría!
