I wanna tell you a story, well no actually, this house wants to tell you a story. So go on house do it.... . "About twelve years ago a lovely couple and their three kids bought me, they also brought a couple of passengers, which I believe are called dogs although I knew them as those furry things that wet my walls on a regular basis when they were young. The family looked after me really well for years and I was happy giving them shelter and watching the kids grow and prosper.. . Then the crisis came. . . I noticed I had a sign on me and that they didnt seem to want me any more.…

We had lots of visitors but from what I understand something called mortgage availability wasnt easy so the family got more and more stressed out until one day they werent there very often, or at least not all of them. The beardy one was away lots and the children and mother became more and more stressed until one day I was alone. My floors were left empty apart from the piles of rubbish you can see on these photos and I got colder and colder as bits of me started to fall off. . . Luckily my friend the garden started to prosper and grow taking over the 2000m2 of space we live on almost completely and hiding not only my sadness and my beauty but also our mutual friend the huge swimming pool which had seen so many happy kids and adults whiling away the long summer evenings with barbecues and parties. . . Garden, Pool and me now live alone waiting for another loving family to look after us so we can look after them equally. Do you know anyone?. . And by the way, those furry things are still here getting fed by a neighbour and garden is not happy about it". . Can you help out the house and stop it from being so melancholic? If so get in touch. It is owned by an uncaring financial institution and currently there is no official access so dont ask how I got the photos (Shhh!) However I know what the bank will accept and believe me, as this property was on sale at 585000 Euros during the boom it is an absolute bargain. . . PS The house didnt mention his friend the extra building at the back with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom because they dont get on any more but it is there still despite them never talking these days.
