Wir haben Yolanda und Axel vor drei Jahren im Zusammenhang mit einem Immobilienkauf eines Freundes kennengelernt. Von da an war klar, sollten wir in Spanien eine Immobilie erwerben wollen - dann nur mit den beiden.

Wir haben kürzlich ein wunderschönes Reihenhaus in Spanien /Alcossebre gekauft und können unseren Immobilienmakler „Axel van Endert“ wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
Von Anfang an hat uns Axel mit großer Professionalität, Fachkenntnis und einem hohen Maß an Engagement begleitet. Er hat sich stets Zeit genommen, um all unsere Fragen zu beantworten, und uns transparent durch den gesamten Kaufprozess geführt.

Der Kaufprozess und alles danach lief reibungslos, was nicht zuletzt seinem exzellenten Netzwerk aus z.B. Notaren, Handwerkern …. zu verdanken ist.
Wir fühlten uns jederzeit gut aufgehoben und hatten das Gefühl, in den besten Händen zu sein. Axel und Yolanda sind für uns einfach ein perfektes Team des Immobilienbüros Villas Azahar Immobiliara.

Tras la gestión por parte de Villas Azahar en la venta de nuestro bungalow, tengo que agradecer a Yolanda el trato recibido, en cuanto a calidad personal, como de trabajo en equipo junto a su compañero Axel , todo han sido facilidades para la gestión de la venta, rapidez, desempeño y seriedad. Over the last 6 years, I have used the services of Villas Azahar and of Yolanda in particular, as a buyer, a landlord and, recently, a vendor.
I always felt confident that, whatever the job, Yolanda was doing it efficiently. That confidence was important when I was trying to conduct business from outside Spain. She is nearly always contactable, often talking with me at unsocial hours.

Her local knowledge and good standing in the local professional network allows her to handle the administration and the small detail of property conveyance. With the maturity of an experienced agent, Yolanda understands the market well. I relied on her judgement to achieve the best realistic prices when I rented and when I sold. She seems abIe to match sellers to buyers quite quicky. l was delighted that she found a buyer for my house at Palm Beach within a few weeks
